WiGig Software Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic S/W Engineer to support our internal product development teams and external customers.

Blu Wireless Technology develops cutting-edge wireless Gbps technology, based on the 802.11ad mmWave standard. With the initial core technology developed and demonstrated, we are now moving forward to take this through into production with our growing customer base.

What will I be accountable for?

  • Working with the WiGig test engineer to evaluate our solution against our in-house standards-based 802.11ad testbench.
  • Working with the WiGig test engineer to evaluate interoperability of our solution against other 802.11ad solutions.
  • Debugging and root-cause analysis of interoperability and standards failures.
  • Where possible, propose software changes to fix interoperability and standards failures.
  • Working with the core engineering teams to review and implement any required fixes.
