Talent acquisition is high on our agenda. CW are committed to helping its members attract and retain talent in their sector through personal introductions and an online jobs board. Whether it’s engineering, software, project management, or sales and marketing, recruitment has never been so important. Not just to obtain the right people, but, crucially, to retain them!
Why should I join?
CW Members can advertise their latest jobs on the online jobs board which are distributed in a ‘Job Spotlight’ email once a month. Founder members can upgrade their job listings to premium which means they highlighted to all visitors to our website.
As the new CW website evolves and gains momentum, there will be opportunities for Founder members to promote and offer insights or blogs into the experience of working at their organisations providing additional exposure, and driving applications.
Although many companies rely on on-line platforms to improve efficiencies in the hiring process, CW are working more closely with members to facilitate personal introductions. This works particularly well when members sponsor relevant events, and have a physical presence - creating opportunities for prospective candidates to find out more face-to-face.
CW are keen to engage with members’ marketing and HR departments to execute talent acquisition campaigns through digital marketing and exclusive events.
We have been very pleased with our work with Cambridge Wireless over the last couple of years. Our partnership has enabled us access to an excellent network of skilled candidates particularly in the areas of wireless telecoms and IoT, resulting in 4 placements throughout 2016.
