Peter is Founder & CEO of Vision Formers the specialist consultancy that helps visionary technology businesses get product to market and turn ideas into reality. Vision Formers provides significant expertise in accelerating business growth through a focus on developing a robust product strategy, growing and coaching product and development teams, and providing operational excellence.

Prior roles have included Head of Product with Navenio, building the product and the engineering capability to deliver location-based solutions in the healthcare sector; COO of Iotic Labs, creating product and running trials with major corporates; and Director of Qualcomm’s Machine Learning team, commercialising IP in the field of machine learning. Peter is named inventor on 9 patents in the field of machine learning. Peter was a key member of the leadership team at TTPCom, which played an early and pivotal role in the development of digital GSM and the emergence of Internet-enabled mobile phones, the predecessors of today’s smartphones. Peter developed and sold software solutions shipped in well over 100 million handsets, and managed relationships with many of its blue chip customers.

Peter has been a board member of CW (Cambridge Wireless) since 2009, and has been actively involved as a SIG Champion for much longer, most recently in helping to lead the Artificial Intelligence SIG deliver a range of innovative events.

Peter is co-author of Essentials of Mobile Handset Design, published by Cambridge University Press. Peter is a Fellow of the IET, a Member of the BCS, a Chartered Engineer, and holds an honours degree in Computer Science.
