3rd of June 2015
Digital Catapult, 101 Euston Road, London, NW1 2RA
The satellite telecommunication industry is, by far, the most important space sector for the European satellite manufacturing industry, representing more than 60% of satellite activities in Europe. Satellite terminals are an important part of the telecommunication ecosystem, which underpins a broad spectrum of applications from broadcasting to emergency services. With new satellites introduced by Eutelsat, Intelsat, Inmarsat and others, it is extremely important that the pace of innovation in developing new satellite terminals is matching that of satellite payloads.
This event brings together developers and manufacturers of satellite terminals, satellite operators and representatives of the satcomms user community for an interactive discussion about the present and future of the satellite terminals industry. The focus will be on novel applications for satellite terminals and technology requirements for the above.
