Overview
This workshop takes full account of where you are in terms of presentation experience and current commitments, and focuses on the requirements of each new group. This person-centred method of working gives everyone the opportunity to address their own needs. We help you incorporate real-world proven and researched methods into your own style to develop effective presentations.
Delegates usually spend Day 1 on issues connected with the person, such as confidence building and non-verbal communication to help convey authority. Day 2 concentrates on criteria for capturing attention through verbal communication and content, structuring a talk for maximum impact and retention, and techniques for engagement and memorability
Everyone will have the opportunity to be filmed, and to see and hear themselves present, which is a great tool for self-awareness and development: learning about you own style, what works well and what you need to improve
