About the event

Starting at the top - what kind of leadership are you providing for your company and what culture are you creating? Then build the right team - how do you get the right talent in the right place, doing the right things at the right time? Can HR Tech help? Finally, how do you keep hold of the great people you already have, and what are the steps you need to take if things aren’t working out, taking into account the latest update on employment law? The Business SIG will discuss the key points in a lively afternoon of quick fire presentations by experts in the area followed by break out groups and roundtable discussions.
