Love collaboration, hate meetings?

Brought to you by Cambridge Wireless

If the meetings you’re in are taking too long, not productive enough and busting your zen for the whole day, come and find out about LoMos - fast, smart structures for making stuff happen in meetings.

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

In this 30 minute seminar, you’ll get helpful insight into why meetings can be so unproductive (they’re tribal) and explore a different way to think about and design meetings so they really work for you and your team. By the end of the session you’ll have at least three things you can try in your next meeting.

LoMo is an open source, agile methodology for running meetings that are:

  • much clearer, more honest and no going round the houses
  • structured to speed up sharing info and making good decisions
  • empowering for all, not the highest paid or loudest person

This is a thought-provoking talk to allow you to explore how to transform your meetings. If you think the techniques might be useful, you can join the longer 90 minute workshop (also free) for a full tutorial on two LoMos - Check In and Improve It.

LoMo has been developed by Carrie Bedingfield, founder of 50th Generation and Onefish Twofish and PhD research candidate at Cambridge University Engineering Department. And it draws on Agile, Lean Start Up, Holacracy, Clean Communication, Managing Your Chimp, Steve Peters-style and Unconference.

We'd love you to join us.
