Breakfast Networking: Breaking Down Silos

Brought to you by Cambridge Network

One of the biggest barriers for organisational growth is the creation of ‘silos’ in the workplace. This interactive mini-workshop is run by Cambridge Network member, Turning Factor.

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

One of the biggest barriers for organisational growth is the creation of ‘silos’ in the workplace. Rather than people working together, sometimes they work against each other to the detriment of business growth.  Join this workshop to learn more about behavioural barriers and how to break these silos down:

  • Find out what behavioural and process barriers are, and how they develop
  • How you can generate trust in the workplace
  • How to encourage cross-functional working
  • The actions your leadership, management and staff can take to create a productive workplace
