Breakfast Networking: Innovative training partnerships for businesses and charities

Brought to you by Cambridge Network

If you’re looking for accredited leadership training at no cost, but with ample opportunity for real life experience then you should be interested in a talk by leadership and organisation development consultancy Red Thread.

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

Management training company Red Thread has developed a leadership programme with a difference…... called the Red Thread Fellowship, the programme already runs successfully in Oxford and Milton Keynes and is now coming to Cambridge.  The programme forms a mutually beneficial partnership between mid-career managers who aspire to move into senior leadership roles with charities who wish to become sustainable.

Red Thread launched the Fellowship as they believe the best way to address the challenges of an uncertain and complex world is to help develop leaders who invest in supporting their local community and who can deliver sustainable organisational success. All participants have to give is their time, commitment and energy: in return, they will receive a year-long ILM accredited leadership development experience with a difference…for FREE!

Come to this free session to find out more about this innovative programme from Red Thread director, Adrian Spurrell and programme trainer, Liz Mercer from Perla Development.
