About the event

There is no doubt that business success is the result of talented people and strong leadership, but at its core, there must also be a robust business model.

With the rapid emergence of new technologies, disruptive startups, the blurring of industries and changing market demands, business modelling and innovation is now a key component in any leader’s business strategy toolbox.

This 90-minute workshop focuses on the business model canvas methodology, used by over 5 million business practitioners worldwide. This highly interactive and collaborative process helps turn traditional strategy discussions into action driven outcomes and provides a common language for all to use.

Our fast-paced, interactive session will teach you the fundamentals of business modelling and give you the opportunity to try it out.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Have a definition of what a business model is
  • Understand the value of business model thinking
  • Have practiced modelling your business
  • Understand the different types of business models and sources of innovation

Two presenters who together make up The Innovation Practice bring their wealth of knowledge to this specialist strategic workshop.
