Psychology has the ability to describe exactly how a consumer thinks, feels, chooses and most importantly how to influence them. Quantitative psychology takes this further allowing such measurement to be made within a real world digital context using analytics and doing so in a way that is quantitative and therefore scalable and mathematically rigorous.
Richard explains how marketers are in fact not passengers in this revolution, they are the pioneers of it. He examines what underlies quantitative psychology and why it has the capability to touch every aspect of the marketing cycle to deliver huge benefits to the brands that are embracing it. Finally, Richard explores how this revolution is building bridges between data-driven and brand led marketers, as well as building relationships between brands and their customers through transparency and collaboration.
