A recent survey for HR Magazine in December 2020 found that “employees are placing greater emphasis on wellbeing, overwhelmingly believing that their employers have an obligation to care for their financial and mental wellbeing”.
But where do you start if you haven’t got a plan together?
Pip Foulsham, HR People Person (HR Consultant) will provide an overview of recent research into the importance and benefits of employee wellbeing for your business, and hints and tips to get you started in creating your own employee wellbeing strategy and plan of action.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions as part of the webinar, you can either submit these in advance or on the day.

Pip is local to Cambridge and has 20 years’ generalist HR experience across a variety of organisations (NHS, Education, Anglian Water, Domino Printing Services and Inca Digital Printing).
