About Form the Future: Form the Future CIC was set up in 2015 to transform careers and enterprise provision in schools and colleges in Cambridge, South Cambridgeshire and East Cambridgeshire. Our purpose is to inspire and prepare young people for their future careers through active employer engagement throughout their education.
