While we love the interesting and diverse tech events hosted in London and Cambridge the reality is that getting there can often be a challenge if you are not a local. With that in mind we thought it was time to bring the development talks closer to home. The idea of this group is for like-minded software and hardware developers to meet and chat about what they love over some quality craft beer (soft drinks or wine if you like). All development practices and languages welcome. Bring your problems, solutions or just come to listen.

The event is drop-in between 6pm and 8pm. As this is an informal and casual Meetup there is no agenda, just chat about what interests you. Each Meetup tends to welcome a balanced mixture of regulars and new faces from a wide range of backgrounds. The Mermaid is an easy walk from the St Albans station if you are heading in from London and has free parking if you are driving.
