Howes Percival's Virtual Mock Employment Tribunal

Brought to you by Howes Percival LLP

Join Howes Percival and Barristers Sam Nicholls and Hitesh Dhorajiwala of Devereux Chambers for a Mock Employment Tribunal with a difference.

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

COVID-19 forced a significant number of Employment Tribunal cases to be heard on-line for the first time with hearings being conducted on the Employment Tribunal's designated CVP technology. More and more Employment Tribunals will now be heard remotely in this way.

The move to on-line hearings has brought with it new rules and procedures that employers and witnesses involved in Employment Tribunal hearings need to be aware of.

The Mock Employment Tribunal will address issues of unfair dismissal and discrimination and will take place by way of a webinar live at 2pm on Wednesday 25 November 2020.
