With over 20 years of experience in trademark and design, and experience also as a Barrister and in-house Counsel, Carrollanne has vast experience in advising in all areas of branding-related IP law and the way in which branding can assist a business.
Nick Noble is Counsel at Kilburn & Strode and has many years’ experience of working in high tech fields, both as an attorney and before that as an academic. He specialises in obtaining commercially relevant patent and design protection in high tech fields including: telecoms, electronics, computer vision, and medical imaging.
