About the event

Join Anglia and CW for a free practical workshop on IoT Cloud Connectivity options for AWS and Azure, that will explore the technical solutions currently available.

About the event:

Deploying IoT solutions can be challenging for businesses and successful solutions are those that can scale seamlessly. Join Anglia and CW for a free practical workshop on “out-of the box” IoT Cloud Connectivity, which have developed to greatly simplify  access to two of the largest Cloud service providers.

With two presentations exploring the solution from the embedded or retrofit standpoint this session will provide delegates with an understanding of the market landscape.

As global leaders in module technology and ubiquitous reliable connectivity, Thales and Eseye deliver the world’s first family of AWS certified and approved cellular gateways  that vastly simplifies IoT device design and deployment to AWS,  typically halving device design and deployment timescales.

Renesas have combined forces with Microsoft Azure to simplify the IoT Device-To-Cloud experience an embedded secure end-to-end solution for cloud connectivity, based around their highly secure, RA Cortex-M Microcontroller family and Azure RTOS.

Who should attend:

The webinar is aimed at hardware and software engineers who have interest in understanding the features and benefits of  a lower cost embedded solution versus a fully approved gateway solution.

A limited number of free of charge evaluation boards are available to aid further research and development.

This workshop is free to attend.

Kieran Slorach, Renesas

From the embedded standpoint, Renesas have combined forces with Microsoft Azure to simplify the IoT Device-To-Cloud experience, with solutions based around their:
• RA, Synergy, RZ and RX MCUs and MPU alongside
• Inclusion of Azure RTOS and associated building blocks

Providing customers with an embedded secure end-to-end solution for cloud connectivity.

11:45

Jose Sanchez, Thales & Marco Parmegiani, Eseye

From the retrofit standpoint, Thales and Eseye have joined forces with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and have launched the Intelligent Cloud Connect LTE Terminal. This is a plug-and-play IoT solution that ensures:

- A consistent global ‘out of box’ experience and behaviour for your IoT
deployment.
- Simplifies and automates device security, provisioning, and
connectivity into Amazon Web Services (AWS).

As global leaders in module technology and ubiquitous reliable connectivity, Thales and Eseye deliver the world’s first family of integrated modules that vastly simplifies IoT device design and deployment, typically halving device design and deployment timescales.
