Resilience: Adapt and Thrive
Resilience is defined by most as the ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity. While reacting positively and moving forward when confronted with a crisis or challenge is important, it is no longer enough to think of resilience as a survival strategy. Instead, we must take a pro-active, sustainable approach and prepare our teams and organisations for setbacks and challenges before they happen.
At this Foundation, we will explore how the latest thinking and brain science can help us develop resilience in individuals, teams and organisations. The event will start with an evening meal on the 19th May, allowing you to meet your fellow attendees in a relaxed environment. A full day workshop then follows on the 20th May. This Foundation will be at Madingley Hall, Cambridge. We hope you are able to join us!
