Resilience is defined by most as the ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity. While reacting positively and moving forward in times of crisis is important, resilience is more than just a survival strategy for individuals.
By taking a pro-active, sustainable approach that considers wellbeing as a key aspect of resilience, leaders can do a huge amount to support their teams and set them up for success.
In this digital twist on our signature Foundation events, this session will run for two hours and aim to equip leaders with the tools and knowledge to improve your team’s resilience, support their wellbeing and spot any symptoms of stress.
The Workshop
The online workshop will start at 10:30 on 21 May and includes:
- Experiences and insights from two guest speakers
- The latest thinking and science around resilience and wellbeing
- An interactive session to develop practical actions to takeaway and start implementing
Register your place on Eventbrite and we will share joining instructions nearer the time. We hope you can join us!
