About HJG Consultants
HJG Consultants was founded by Hannah Greetham in May 2016 following her decision to find a work life balance after the arrival of her second child. Hannah’s career has spanned various sectors including retail, manufacturing, sports and the last 12 years has been spent in the hi -tech and software industry. Hannah was the Head of HR at Redgate Software for 7 years, taking the company from 48 – 285 with sites in the US and Singapore. During her time, Red Gate was an employer of choice in the local area and was recognised by the Sunday Times Top 100 companies for 7 consecutive years.
HJG Consultants offers a breadth of generalist and strategic HR support and advice, from contracts of employment to creating employer handbooks/wiki pages to employer branding and giving advice on creating a sustainable culture.
Hannah presently works on a retainer basis for a local open source software consultancy business providing strategic advice as part of the Senior Leadership Team. She also provides high level HR support and mentoring to the People Operations team.
Note from the speaker: I believe if you offer the right environment with clear guidelines and opportunities a business can flourish. I’m a pragmatist who likes to understand the culture of a company before making suggestions and offering recommendations. Come along and hear about the types of services I can offer in partnership with the Cambridge Network Learning Collaboration.
