Join us for this fast-paced Innovate UK EDGE breakfast masterclass, hosted by St John’s Innovation Centre and delivered in collaboration with world-renowned accountants Price Bailey. This session will provide insights into how to prepare your valuation, considerations when raising overseas investment and improve your understanding of term sheets through an interactive exercise. David Gill, Managing Director – St John’s Innovation Centre

David has since 2008 been Managing Director of the St John’s Innovation Centre, a 6,000m2 incubator founded in 1987 by St John’s College, Cambridge. He previously ran the Innovation & Technology Unit at HSBC Bank in London (1997-2004). Educated at Cambridge, he was called to the Bar by the Middle Temple before working in corporate finance for US and UK banks.

Chand Chudasama, Partner - Price Bailey LLP

Chand and his team engineer how to grow the value and performance of ambitious corporates, funds and disrupters. They achieve this by raising, re-allocating and deploying capital into M&A, global growth and performance improvement in order to drive the shareholder returns in client businesses. He and his team operate as strategic advisors, analysts and lead advisors on transactions.

Nathan Young, Manager - Price Bailey LLP

Nathan has experience providing advisory services to owner managed businesses of varying sizes across a range of Strategic Corporate Finance services including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, due diligence reporting, business plans, valuations and financial modelling.
