Boost your knowledge & skills with a CW tech training

For those of you looking to get to grips with a new technology area or enhance those soft skills that will help you thrive in your job, CW regularly delivers sell-out training seminars. These trainings tend to be held in Cambridge or London and vary from a half day to a full day of classes. Each seminar is delivered by an expert in the chosen topic, and the agenda is built to take delegates from an introduction to basic concepts through to full understanding of potential applications to a business and different architectural options available. Because of this, a typical tech training day is suitable for:

  • Engineers familiar with the general topic but not this specific development (e.g. wireless engineers unfamiliar with the details of 5G).
  • Senior Managers / Directors / Project / Programme Managers who need to manage teams developing in the chosen area.
  • Commercial / HR / Finance / Legal teams who regularly work with engineers developing in the chosen area.

CW is a fully certified CPD accreditation provider. Attendees of CW tech trainings are able to claim points towards their professional development - this is particularly useful if your employer keeps track of your training, or if you are a member of a professional body.

Prices start at £200 for a half-day of training. 20-25% discounts are available to CW members, and group discounts are negotiable if your company plans for more than two people to attend (contact the CW team to find out more).

Attendees of the "An Advanced Introduction to 5G Technology" course led by Zahid Ghadialy had this to say:

In the time available this course delivered an impressive amount of content and did well to deliver on being an "advanced 5G" course rather than just discussing 5G at a high level like many other events. The second half on the standards was impressively detailed and the speaker clearly had a deep knowledge of the technology, standards as well as state of the market which was very impressive and informative. I don't think there was anything else you could have covered in the time - content was great from my prespective.

The event was extremely useful. The first session covered a lot of background that sounded historical but really was a vital explanation of how the picture will evolve.
