Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

When the pressure’s on and the day’s already been long, it’s easy to reach for that pill, to kill the pain or numb out the stress, it’s quick and it’s also usually effective.

Yet, we all wish we had other easy options that are natural and just as quick and effective, with no harmful or addictive side effects.

Do they really exist though?

In this session we will look at three options.

  • An introduction to using therapeutic grade oils for destressing
  • An introduction to magnetic therapy for pain relief
  • An introduction to muscular-skeletal balance therapy for keeping aches away

Register now to come and test them out for yourself and take natural and effective control.

Led by Aen Turner - The Heartful Healer

Aen is a passionate business consultant with a history of creating business to business sales of over £1million and teaching others to do the same. A few years ago, after the death of two close people, she started learning about different ancient and modern healing modalities, including Reiki, Reflexology, Qigong, TRE and EFT, to help heal herself emotionally and renew her own energy and zest for life. Using this knowledge and practise, she has developed her own techniques, including hypnogogic healing and has helped to heal many a headache and emotional trauma that can be triggers for many ailments and blockages to personal and business success. She is also passionate about helping others to heal themselves and believes that we all have the capacity to be highly effective healers, given the healing combination that works for us. At this event, Aen will be focusing on simple techniques to use in the workplace for dispelling head and neck aches.

With Nadene Stevenson - Magnetic healing

Nadene is the owner of Life & Sole (London) Ltd, a natural well-being business. She spent over 30 years in sales and marketing building multi million-pound companies in fashion and retail for both large corporates and family businesses. Having suffered for over 3 decades with stress, back pain and migraines, she came across Magnetix Wellness in 2016 and after 3 days of wearing a magnet, she found her backpain had disappeared followed by other issues, like migraines and sciatica. Nadene is passionate about helping others find a natural way to treat their ailments and she has made it her mission to educate medical professionals and the general public about the benefits of magnetic therapy. At this event Nadene will be focusing on how magnetic therapy can help relieve stress and pain from the back and shoulders.

And Victoria Culshaw - Aromatherapist

Victoria spent 10 years in the education sector, both public and private, as a teacher, deputy head and an e-Learning director. In 2010 she was diagnosed with M.E. an ‘invisible’ illness with no known cure. She struggled on for several years in a high stress environment, until the deaths of her grandparents precipitated a breakdown. After this, Victoria felt that she could not go back to her education career and set about starting up a business doing what she loves. Victoria created Victoria’s Vintage Emporium, adding aromatherapy and crystal healing to create, Victoria’s Vintage and Natural Solutions. She is committed to helping others find natural solutions to everyday common ailments, as an alternative to the harmful chemicals that most of us use and rely on daily, helping us cut down their usage. At this event Victoria will be focusing on how essential oils can help us to de-stress at work.
