About the event

Do you actually own the intellectual property that underpins your business? Are you sure? Are you really sure?

Ownership is the foundation of effective exploitation of IP. If you don't own, or at least have adequate rights to use the IP you plan to commercialise, your business could fail at the first hurdle.

The rules around ownership of IP are not straightforward, so it is not surprising that IP ownership issues are a common problem that is uncovered during due diligence. Don't assume that paying for something automatically gives ownership ... you'd be surprised how often that is not the case!

Attend this webinar if you want to understand the most common IP ownership problems and the impact they could have on your business and leave with practical steps that you can implement straightaway to help avoid these problems.
