Four finalists from each award category will go head to head at the online semi-final - do come along and give them your support. On the day the judges will select two finalists to go through to the public vote which opens on the 11th September.

- Semi-final takes place on 10th September where final 2 will be announced
- Public vote for finalist opens 11th September
- Public vote closes 16th September
- Finalists need to be available on 17th September for prerecording
- Winners will be announced at the CWIC 2020 on 22 September 2020
