We are looking for highly motivated, and passionate, 5G PHY system engineer and architect for the design and the specification of advanced cellular communication systems for our next generation base-station products.
Job Responsibilities
- Acting as a Technical lead - part of PHY system team
- Development of PHY Architecture aspects in cellular products.
- Leading complex PHY development activities from feature development to integration.
- Focal point for all PHY and RF related aspects.
- Defining and writing system level requirements.
- Working in collaboration with all company teams such as SW, DSP, Algorithms and other.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer development.
- Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains
- Deep understanding of Wireless communication system
- Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of 5G – Advantage
- Working experience with RF lab test equipment
- Good system level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment
- Accountable, leader and ability to motivate people/teams
Education
- B.Sc in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- M.Sc with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing - Advantage
