Base Location: Havant or Reading

Salary: £35850 - £47346 depending on skills and experience

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / Flexible working patterns available

What is the Role

As an Analyst Programmer within our Networks IT Web Team, you’ll be supporting in house and 3rd-party applications and be performing development work using Web skills. Your responsibilities will include: release management; system analysis, design and build; diagnosing and resolving problems with applications systems in the production environment; coding programs; analysing and resolving issues and faults; ‘development level’ involvement throughout the full software development lifecycle; providing technical input to the Project Delivery team.

What do I need?

The ability to apply your good understanding of the full software development lifecycle to projects. You’ll have intermediate development experience using Visual Studio and C#.Net along with excellent technical computing, analysis, design and development skills.

Your skills will include the majority of: C#; ASP.Net; ASP.Net Web Forms; MVC; T-SQL; JavaScript/Type Script; jQuery; HTML; CSS/LESS; REST API; Ektron; Azure B2C; TFS; VSO; IIS.

You’ll have extensive Web Development knowledge for supporting and developing the applications used by Networks.

With a systematic approach to problem solving and a proactive approach, able to prioritise own workload, you’ll also be able to take ownership of problems and requests and work in a pressurised environment. We’re looking for a team player with excellent collaboration skills.
