This role will be to work with development teams to maximise the benefits from Continuous Integration /Continuous Delivery (CD/CD) toolsets, to automate the steps in the delivery processes and execute best practise to reduce effort for the system development life cycle and provide continuous delivery without compromising build quality. Collaborating, multi tasking and always putting the customer first is a must. Our aim is to establish Integration as a Centre of Excellent for pro-active CI/CD practises, enabling the implementation of multiple technical deliveries across our platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Be able to understand and articulate designs with key stakeholders.
  • Identify where cost savings and performance improvements can be achieved and provide an action plan to deliver those.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to processes.
  • Engage suppliers and  internal stakeholders.
  • Regular reporting updates to advise of progress to all stakeholders.
  • Supports engagement with third party suppliers on technical solution requirements.
  • Engagement with relevant stakeholders to agree post implementation testing, trial, pilot, launch plans as appropriate.
  • Ensure all delivery agents review, size and commit to the delivery & costs of the design for the technical delivery.
  • Responsible for ensuring the scoping and rollout of toolsets/process.
  • Produce and agree technical delivery plan and manage dependencies.
  • Stakeholder management. Ensure stakeholder buy in, regular communication.
  • Identify and implement changes to maximise quality.

We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • Previous experience in a development or engineering type role.
  • Demonstrate experience delivering improvements and build changes in a multi stack release management.
  • Proven track record in working as part of a technology team.
  • A solid understanding of tools and concepts around CI/CD. Assuring code quality with automated test coverage.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Process Improvement Background.
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties.
  • Build productive relationships across teams and present information clearly.
  • Telecoms experience - Preferred.
