The company are a Cambridge-based HR outsourcing company who provide a range of bespoke HR solutions across Mid and North Anglia, South East England and London.

They are looking for an experienced, competent Compliance Administrator to join the team and work with the recruitment and on-boarding teams to ensure all new employees are fully compliant prior to employment. You will be working predominantly for clients within the medical/healthcare sector.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging DBS checks, applying for and checking references and completing all pre-employment checks ahead of employee start-dates
  • Collating all compliance documents for employees
  • Keeping all records up-to-date using Excel spreadsheets and online HR systems
  • Preparing contracts for new starters
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders on a range of issues
  • General administrative duties to assist with the compliance and on-boarding stages

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be educated to a minimum of A-level or equivalent
  • Be extremely organised and meticulous in your approach
  • Be confident and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a background in administration, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment

Be able to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment
