Summary

We are looking for a Contact Relationship Management (CRM) data manager to join our Business Development and Marketing team of four staff. You will be responsible for managing and developing our CRM system and undertaking data analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership of the system and to be the “go to” CRM contact.

You will report to the Head of Business Development and Marketing and the Senior Business Development and Marketing Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and managing the CRM data system

• Managing the electronic client feedback and marketing data and reporting on themes, opportunities and threats

• Managing the deal and referral registers in the CRM

• Qualifying source of business, depth of contact relationships added to the CRM by fee earner and managing mailing group preferences etc. which will involve educating partners and staff on the value of maintaining their contact data in the CRM

• Assisting and training fee earners and staff with data input and ‘self-service’ data output, and regular management reports to demonstrate the value back to them based on our CRM and practice management data including deals and referrals in and out of the firm

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• High level of computer literacy and proficient with MS Office

• Excellent data analysis skills

• Experience of using and managing CRM systems (but not essential)

• High level of accuracy

• The vision to enable the system to reach its potential

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• An ability to problem solve and find solutions

LOCATION

This role can be based remotely or out of any of our 6 offices listed below.
