Required skills
A minimum of 4 years' experience in hardware design in a product development environment is a prerequisite. Also, you need to display high proficiency and show a record of success in at least four of the following areas;
- A clear understanding of system architecture design
- Knowledge of analogue circuit and high-speed digital design
- Incorporation of low-power designs into portable systems
- Familiar with DSP algorithm design and/or FPGA development
- Familiar with embedded CPU and/or GNSS or GPS receiver subsystems and RF modem
- Advanced knowledge of analogue simulation packages and EDA schematic capture
- Knowledge of the process of peer review
- Good communication skills
Interest or expertise in wearable electronics, location device, functional test systems, ATEX compliant, IoT products, monitoring solutions, and embedded control is an added advantage.
