An exciting Firmware Engineer opportunity has arisen with a green energy company based in Cambridge. My client is working on ultra low-power IoT devices through to Cloud technologies and are looking for a passionate Firmware Engineer who is interested in exploring these cutting edge technologies.
The ideal candidate will have solid commercial experience with software development using C programming within an embedded environment and some basic knowledge of C++. You should also have a strong appreciation for hardware and electronics.
Experience working within the low power wireless space (for example with WiFi, Zigbee or Bluetooth) would be a benefit although is not mandatory. Some experience or a keen interest in IoT devices is also beneficial for this position.
