What will you be doing?
A new opportunity has arisen in the National Radio Design and Optimisation team formulating and driving the national optimisation and feature deployment plan to deliver the best possible network experience for our customers in the UK.
You will be leading activities in preparation for public benchmarking campaigns and providing area guidance and support across the UK. You will work closely with our area teams and various National engineering teams to drive actions to address performance degradations as well as effectively quantifying the uplifts in experience delivered through feature and parameter rollout.

Who are we looking for?
- University honours degree (second class or better) in Telecommunication, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science a or equivalent industry experience
- Expert knowledge of Radio technologies standards, mobile networks architectures and RAN Optimisation techniques with demonstrable experience of at least two of the following RAN vendors – Ericsson, Huawei & Nokia
- Experience of working cross-functionally and driving collaboration between teams and functions
- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills – able to communicate confidently and effectively; able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- Stakeholder Management skills, internal and external (customer/supplier).
- Expert knowledge of Radio technologies standards, mobile networks architectures and RAN Optimisation techniques with demonstrable experience of at least two of the following RAN vendors – Ericsson, Huawei & Nokia.
