About This Role

BT Group Business Assurance is recruiting! We have a broad range of Revenue Assurance job vacancies across the UK. You will be working in a high-impact, fast-paced team for the UK’s largest telecoms business, in a rapidly-changing environment where no working day is the same. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to BT by making things better for our customers.

You'll Have The Following Responsibilities

If you don’t currently work in revenue assurance or telecoms then don’t worry, we’re just as interested in recruiting people from other roles and industries.

We will provide the training, you bring some of the following skills and mindset:

  • You can create business insight from analysing data, systems and processes and know how to make data tell a story
  • You have a consultative, proactive approach with excellent presentation skills, and are comfortable with influencing stakeholders to support and drive business improvements
  • You’re a self-starter who can lead their own projects, and work on your own effectively. But you also work well in a team and can collaborate across functions to deliver improvements.
  • You’re naturally inquisitive – you want to get to the answer or find a solution, and to get things right first time. You logically analyse problems and issues from all angles and you’re always looking for opportunities for improvement
  • You’ve got some experience of managing, assessing and mitigating risk, and you have experience of leading projects with virtual or actual teams to improve complex processes
  • You’re able to work in a highly-regulated environment, but you’re also interested in innovation and are forward looking. You can manage conflicting priorities and you’re resilient
  • You have experience of cutting-edge data analytics tools and technologies, and can design and deliver complex business and technology solutions
  • Ideally you have previously worked in an audit, billing, risk, consultancy, assurance or business improvement role for a telecommunications, financial services or utility company Get in touch if that sounds like you, and you’d like to know more about working with us.
