Sales Development Representative


The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to manage the supporting tech stack and top of the funnel activities to engage with prospects and develop these conversations into qualified opportunities.
Through close collaboration with Marketing and Sales, you will execute on outbound lead generation and awareness campaigns to continue the growth of net new engagements. It is a great opportunity to launch, or take the next steps in your sales career. You will become a key player in the commercial team, contributing towards the key early stage sales interactions with potential and existing customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers, interact with them through multiple channels (phone, email, via the supporting tech stack) and kick-off the sales process. The right candidate will need to work in collaboration with the sales, marketing and product teams to understand the latest news, features and developments and successfully articulate these to potential customers.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of systems such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other common SDR tools is desirable but not essential
  • Previous sales experience within a Saas environment
