Work hand-in-hand with Machine Learning Engineers on ground braking research, playing a key role in new Python based software development with Big Data technologies. As an experienced Software Engineer you will join the Platforms Software team which sits at the heart of this organisation. As a Senior Software Engineer you will have immediate responsibilities, you will largely be working with Python, SQL and Linux with exposure to many other technologies and also freedom to introduce new technologies that you feel are best for the task in hand.
Key skills for the successful Software Engineer:
- Several years of professional Software Engineering experience
- Python development experience
- Experience with SQL
- Comfortable with Unix/Linux
- Knowledge of Big Data is beneficial
- Ability to articulate ideas and work as part of a team
