9th January 2013: While small cells in dense urban areas are widely accepted as a cost-effective means of meeting demand for growing capacity, their deployment presents mobile network operators with significant challenges that must be addressed before the full benefits can be realised, says Cambridge Wireless. These issues will be discussed and debated at the Cambridge Wireless Small Cell SIG event, ‘Let’s Get Real!,’ on 31st January 2013.
“Small cells started as a solution for coverage issues but have now become a salvation for mobile operators facing capacity crunch.
