Building on the success of the MERLIN ICT Cambridge workshop ‘Entrepreneurial Mindset’ with David Gill as a guest speaker exploring principles of effectuation as an approach to entrepreneurship, the team at St John’s Innovation Centre is inviting researchers, post-docs, SMEs and start-ups to the fifth event in a series, ‘Interpreting the Customer and UX’ on 22nd January 2019.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to secure and assess customer input to drive their innovation forward, understand the importance of user experience (UX) in the design of a product or process, learn tools to help prioritise and integrate UX feedback into product development.
They will be joined by an entrepreneur, researcher and UX strategist, Dr Anna Mieczakowski, founder of Ameliot, assisting companies in successfully defining their customer bases, product development activities and internal business processes to set strategy for new and existing products and services.
