St John’s Innovation Centre is delighted to welcome Dr Anna Mieczakowski as a guest speaker to their Customer Discovery event and a networking lunch taking place at the Centre on 24th September 2018.

Customer Discovery is a third fully funded workshop delivered under the MERLIN (Methodologies for Researcher Led Innovations) programme designed to help researchers and early-stage business across Europe to realise the full potential and impact of their research and technologies and support them with market validation and commercialisation.

We’re delighted to welcome Anna to our workshop, said Kirsten Masson, Head of Programmes and Development at St John’s Innovation Centre. It’s a great opportunity for participants to tap into Anna’s vast user-centred design knowledge, customer discovery and entrepreneurial experience.

Dr Anna Mieczakowski is a researcher and strategist assisting companies in successfully defining their customer bases, product development activities and internal business processes. She holds a PhD in user-centred design from the University of Cambridge and has a background in User Experience (UX) consulting, management consulting and organisational operations.  Her company, Ameliot helps organisations build better products, services and experiences that best meet customers’ needs and enhance business performance.
