Anglian Water invites innovative organisations to bring forward ideas for future water resources planning

Member News published by Anglian Water, under Innovation / Incubation

Today, Anglian Water is asking for forward-thinking organisations to bid their ideas to help plan the future of water resource planning for the East of England.

All water companies are required to submit their latest Water Resources Management Plan every five years. These plans outline how the company proposes to manage water supply and demand for its customers, while balancing the needs of the wider environment, for the next 25 years and beyond.

For the next three months new bids for collaboration can be submitted to the company.

Head of Water Resources for Anglian Water, Geoff Darch said

This provides an opportunity for interested parties to put forward supply or demand management ideas for potential inclusion in our next Water Resources Management Plan, due for publication in summer 2022.
