Coronavirus: our business continuity plan

Member News published by Mills & Reeve LLP

Mills & Reeve is doing everything it can to ensure it is business as usual.

More than 950 of our people are now working from home while our offices remain open to carry out client and business critical tasks. We are endeavouring to do everything we can to continue handling current matters seamlessly as well as being available to assist in tackling new legal issues arising from the outbreak.

We have robust processes in place to be able to sustain this way of working for as long as is necessary so we can continue to provide outstanding service to our clients in these unprecedented and challenging times.

To make sure we can continue to work as effectively as possible with you, please only communicate with us by phone or email if possible and send all payments electronically, as we have limited staff processing hard copy post. However, if it is essential you send a hard copy document, please post to your usual Mills & Reeve office.

You will often see and hear us use the phrase “Achieve more. Together.” That is because at the heart of our firm is a belief in the importance of genuine partnerships with you, our colleagues, other professionals and our communities. We sincerely believe this approach will stand us all in good stead in the unprecedented times that lie ahead.

Please do not hesitate to contact me, or your usual client partner or contact if you have any further questions. On behalf of us all at Mills & Reeve, we continue to wish you all well at this difficult time.

Take care.
