With more companies encouraging their employees to be working from home, flexibility of project resourcing has become more important than ever before to control costs and achieve time to market targets.

Although some sectors of our industry have seen a down-turn, many others are busier than ever and to deliver new products to market a new and strategic approach to project resourcing is required.

On the one hand employees working from home have become the norm, but on the other the need to hit project milestones has not diminished. If in-house resources are limited and it is difficult to recruit, why not consider out-sourcing some or all parts of the project to experienced professionals used to working remotely?

Xentech Solutions has a team of engineers skilled in hardware, FPGA and embedded software design that is happy to take on either a complete product development or to fill in the gaps in existing resource for a specific task. Not only that, Xentech can also work with contract electronics manufacturers to deliver prototypes or take a product to full volume manufacturing.

Comfortable with either delivering a complete new product development or integrating specialist skills into an existing team, Xentech Solutions’ engineers have proven their ability to work effectively and efficiently, saving client customers both money and time. “If you would like to find out more about how Xentech Solutions can help you deliver more, please get in touch,” says Kevin O’Brien, Managing Director.

Established in 2007 and specialising in designing embedded solutions for networking, control, communications and other technology sectors, Xentech Solutions expertise spans the complete range of product development. From technical feasibility studies and project costings, through design, development and test, and on to regulatory testing for UKCA, CE and FCC marking, as well as providing automated production test capability for quality assurance in volume manufacturing.
