RadioVerse™ products are split into 2 categories: SDR Integrated Wideband Transceivers and Ultra-Low Power Transceivers for IoT.
SDR Integrated Wideband Transceivers
The SDR Integrated Wideband Transceivers cover a frequency range of between 70MHz and 6GHz as shown in Table 1. These ICs are available in single, dual, or quad Transceiver architectures offering designers flexibility of use in digital transceivers operating in either TDD (Time Division Duplex) or FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) modes.
Analog Devices range of SDR transceivers provide a high dynamic range and blocker tolerance for narrow and wideband signals that is one of the best in the industry. There are several offerings available from the high-end ADRV9008 and ADRV9026 Transceivers with their wide 450MHz bandwidth and multi-Transmitter & Receiver architectures through to parts from the lower end of the spectrum with the AD9384 device that has a narrower, 56MHz bandwidth and single Transmitter & Receiver configuration. The comprehensive range of SDR transceivers on offer from Analog Devices allow designers to realise solutions from the most basic to the most demanding of radio applications without having to compromise on performance and cost while also keeping the design real estate to a minimum.
Ultra-Low Power Transceivers for IoT
The RadioVerse™ portfolio of ultra-low power integrated transceivers have been designed specifically for demanding IoT applications that require ultra-low power connectivity while maintaining high performance and reliability.
The ultra-low power devices support a broad range of frequency bands and communications protocols such as 802.15.4g, Wi-SUN, Wireless M-Bus Mode N, S, T, C, ZigBee and 6LoWPA. They cover the broad range of frequencies in the licence free band specifically 169MHz, 433MHz, 450MHz, 470MHz, 868MHz, 915MHz and 950MHz as shown in Table 2.
These devices are suited for use in a wide range of applications such as Sensing, Smart Metering, Smart City or Smart Healthcare and many more areas where low power and reliable connectivity is required.
