Through 16 years of technology industry events, the CW network has become a go-to hub for industry news and insight. The CW Journal collates and publishes this knowledge, keeping its readers informed with high quality analyses of topical issues from acknowledged experts in their fields.
CW Journal articles focus on innovation in wireless, mobile, internet, software and related technologies. If you would like to write for CWJ please email a synopsis to the CW Journal team. Articles are reviewed by our experienced editorial team, led by John Haine Visiting Professor, University of Bristol (Communication Systems & Networks Research Group). The editor himself, Simon Rockman, is an experienced journalist having edited Personal Computer World, been founder and editor of What Mobile magazine, and mobile correspondent at The Register. As well as being an expert technology journalist, Simon spent a period with Motorola helping to design better mobile phones, and runs his own MVNO, Fuss Free Phones. He combines the talents of the CW membership with the smartest and most insightful technology journalism.
Access to the CW Journal is free for the entire technology community, supported by advertising and sponsorship revenues. If you are interested in finding out more about our CW Journal sponsorship packages, please contact the CW team.
As part of the launch of the new CW Journal online platform, we are releasing archive articles from the print magazine.
Our thanks go to the authors and our former Editorial Panel who identified good topics, recruited expert writers and reviewed each draft to make sure that the magazine was as valuable for our engineering audience as it possibly could be.
