A rapid response to customer requirements and competitive pressures led Vodafone Group R&D to work closely with our partners to propose and develop the Narrowband IoT concept. With the help of the GSMA and other Mobile Network Operators we drove the technology through 3GPP standards in record time. Now we are at the point where we are bringing services to market and Vodafone is leading from the front. I will present our work in this area over the past few years and will present an IoT vision for the future.
