Uncovering unmet needs

Technically everything is possible, meeting people's needs is where there real challenges are. How do you identify unmet needs when users cannot articulate their needs properly or are simply unaware of these for whatever reason? Trial and error is the standard approach but it really doesn't have to be that way. This talk will address this chicken and egg problem and will show that one of these actually comes first.
