Success for an OEM doesn’t need to be confined to the contract to supply a Product! Often a more enduring (and profitable!) customer relationship comes from living in a ‘servitized world’ with your customer. However, this doesn’t come easy and takes a flexible and more customer intimate approach than most OEM’s are familiar with.
