Harleen Grover
Founder, The Space HQ.
Harleen is the founder of The Space HQ, a workplace wellbeing strategist, and a coach. She is currently building an early-stage AI venture focused on helping organisations identify and address the conditions that can contribute to burnout, combining technology, human behaviour and evidence-informed practice.
Her work sits at the intersection of emerging technology and complex human problems. As a founder in a rapidly evolving and hype-prone area of AI, she is particularly interested in the gap between technological promise and genuine product value, and what it means to build responsibly.
Harleen is an ICF-accredited coach, holds a PGCE (Further Education), and is a Master’s student in Coaching at the University of Cambridge. Her career spans telecommunications, investment banking and leading large-scale SAP learning and development implementations across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Harleen’s perspective as an early-stage founder informs her interest in the gap between AI’s promise and the reality of building products that deliver genuine value.
