TN-NTN Integration Challenges and Recommendations for UK Priorities
This session focuses on challenges in TN-NTN Integration and a framework to identify where UK R&D investment can potentially generate the greatest economic growth.
Abhaya is a seasoned leader renowned for his strategic insight and hands-on expertise in addressing challenges related to spectrum, regulation, technology, and techno-economic issues. Currently at the helm of Real Wireless’s Policy and Regulation practice, Abhaya also holds key positions, including being a member of the Ofcom Spectrum Advisory Board (OSAB) and Chairman of the UK Spectrum Policy Forum (UK SPF). Recently, he has led several studies focused on the integration of terrestrial networks and non-terrestrial networks (TN-NTN). His work also includes guiding teams in policy development, valuing spectrum, and conducting techno-economic and business case analyses
