Anthony is Viasat's Senior Director of Advanced Air Mobility. He has a deep knowledge of Airline Engineering & Operations, combined with the current, evolving, advanced Air Mobility (AAM) communications, air traffic control and regulation landscape for crewed and un-crewed platforms. He is also responsible for establishing the distribution network, and engaging the OEM’s, regulators, and User Terminal partners to evangelise the benefits of the next generation of SatComm IP Connectivity.

Parminder helps clients protect technological innovations and shape IP strategies, drawing on experience both in-house and with direct clients. She is recognised for her work with high-growth start-ups, spin-outs, and SMEs in Cambridge and beyond. Specialising in physics-based technologies and computer-implemented inventions, Parminder is particularly known for her expertise in Artificial Intelligence and deep tech. Her work covers machine learning, image analysis, object classification, generative AI, federated learning, and AI for process control, as well as broader software innovations such as bioinformatics, cyber security, and natural language processing. She holds a PhD in Physics from Oxford and is vice-chair of CIPA’s AI committee.
