The consumer has no compelling need for 6G - but Industry 5.0 cannot thrive without it!

5G has failed to deliver its promise of Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communications (and especially the Ultra-Reliable part!). When asked “can you deliver me 99.999% reliability", my first-hand experience is that MNOs, vendors and integrators offering 5G network slicing and/or 5G campus networks can commit only to 99.97%-99.99% availability - an order of magnitude less than what is needed! In Andy’s talk he will present a game-changing 6G vision of the “five nines” wireless architecture that Industry 5.0 demands!
